1. Saint Luke Marker
Inscription. Luke was one of the earliest converts to the Faith and a constant companion of St. Paul. A physician by profession and a skilled painter, he is attributed with creating many pictures of Jesus and Mary. Luke was the author of the third Gospel and also wrote the Acts of the Apostles. He is symbolized by an ox, the animal of sacrifice, because he begins with the history of Zachary the priest officer sacrifice to God.
