1. Tretheway Block - Argonaut Hotel Marker
Inscription. This building portrays a flamboyancy unique to the valley. Romanesque and Moorish influence is suggested in this unusual interpretation of the Queen Anne style. The faηade is embellished with cast zinc floral patterns and sandstone. The structure was originally a hotel, with a hardware store on the ground floor. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
