1. Dubach House Marker
Inscription.

Built 1901 by Fred Dubach of Wisconsin. He established one of largest lumber companies in South here, 1899. Town soon developed. Dubach Lumber Co. and home later sold to T. L. James who lived here until 1921. House owned and occupied by Trammel family since 1936. On National Register.
 
Erected 1976 by Lincoln Parish American Bicentennial Committee.
