Inscription. The Radnor IOOF building was erected in 1854 and instituted as Radnor Lodge 250 on May 17, 1854. The upper level was the lodge hall with the lower level used as a general store and business. The IOOF missions were to visit the sick, relieve the distressed, bury the dead and educate the orphan. In 1948, the lodge purchased the abandoned Methodist Episcopal (ME) Church to use as a meeting place. Thomas Morton, Jr. was the first Nobel Grand (President). In 1973, the Radnor Lodge was consolidated with Olentangy Lodge in Delaware, Ohio and both were later disbanded.
