The tank was driven onto the site at Howe Military School by Col. (Ret) Richard G. Vandermeer on April 22, 1992.

It was moved to Richmond, Indiana and driven onto the site at Wayne County Veterans Memorial Park by Micah Clopper of C&C Crane, of Eaton, Ohio on July 21, 2020.
