1. Angevine Cabin Marker
Inscription. Built by James Angevine in York Township around 1830. The Angevines left New York City and traveled to Indiana where they purchased over 1,000 acres of land in York Township. James and Susan Angevine raised 12 children in this cabin until 1835. The original cabin was donated to the Historical Society in 1988.
