Additional commentary.
1. This is private property.
As said on the marker, this is private property despite of its status as a National Historic Landmark. It is in fact, one of 14 places in Utah, that have that designation. Usually NHL places have a plaque that say that but I did not see one present outside the property. There was a woman working outside at the time of my visit, but I did not bother to get any additional information.
