Inscription. The "Silver Fox" won 105 races at NASCAR's top level, including five at Bristol during a five year span (1967-71). This three-time champion won back-to-back titles in 1968 and 1969, a period when he won Three out of four Bristol events. He is one of only two drivers with more 100 victories, and one of only two to win more than 100 poles.
