Regarding Welsh Presbyterian Church. The Sinai congregation sold the building to the Welsh Presbyterian Church congregation in 1926. In the 1980s, despite limited resources, the congregation undertook seismic retrofitting of the church building, rather than allow it to be demolished as unsafe. In 2013 the Welsh congregation sold it to songwriter/music producer Craig Taubman, and it is now home to the multi-faith Pico Union Project, a community center and event venue. The Welsh Presbyterian Church is the oldest remaining synagogue building in Los Angeles.
