Regarding Campbell House. Excerpt from the National Register nomination:
Constructed c.l893, the Campbell House is a two-story ell-shaped frame house which possesses all the details of the popular Eastlake tradition.
There is no better example of Eastlake residential design in Benton County than the Campbell House. There is little evidence of modification except modest additions at the rear. The house is a notable representation of the housing taste of an affluent Rogers merchant in the late nineteenth century.
