Inscription. This building, made up of two parts, has had a variety of businesses including Capitol Cafι (the owners lived upstairs), Oklahoma Tire, Bee Discount, Rowlands Store, Fashion Lane and Unlimited Outlet. It is now Beautiful You and Harness Boots and Shoes which opened in 1989. Several members of the Harness family over three generations have worked here. One of them owned Perry Shoe Center on the corner of Main & Central where the entire building and stock washed away in the 1961 flood and all the shoes bobbed along in the water.
