1. Manwaring Building Marker
Inscription.
This Greek-revival style building, most likely built in the 1850s, was located on Main Street in Dryden, Michigan. The building is referred to as the Manwaring Building because it was one of two mercantile buildings owned by Joseph Manwaring, a prominent Dryden citizen.

This building has had many uses over its lifetime. It was built to serve as a dry goods store. Later, it became a bakery and ice cream parlor. The second floor of the building housed an apartment.

The Manwaring Building was relocated to Crossroads Village in 1979 and restored as the Village Print Shop in 1980.
