Ponceño servicial, noble y luchador, titan de la amistad y la comprensión, ejemplo de superación para nuestros compueblanos. A los 15 años comenzó a trabajar en este banco como un sencillo empleado de limpieza, paso a paso fue ilustrándose pidiendo consejo y ascendiendo hasta llegar a ser gerente general, sirviendo por mas de 68 años a esta entidad bancaria.

Tu pueblo reconoce el merito del hombre humilde de actitud y grande de espíritu.

[English translation:]
Helpful, noble and fighting Ponceño, titan of friendship and understanding, example for improvement for our townspeople. At the age of 15, he began working in this bank as a janitor. Step by step he worked his way up to becoming General Manager, serving the bank for over 68 years.

Your people recognize the merit of this man with great humility and spirit.
