Inscription.  
Nace en el Barrio Los Pollos de Patillas, el 22 de junio de 1893 y muere el 4 de febrero del 1971. Cursó esdtudios en Adminsitración Comercial y Derecho. Durante toda su vida fue maestro de escuela y publicó varios libros, entre los que se destacan:

Gotas de estío, El hijo del remordimiento, y Mi huerto solitario. Su obra más importante, Historia del pueblo de Patillas, culminó luego de una investigación que le tomó varios años de su vida.

He was born in the Los Pollos de Patillas neighborhood on June 22, 1893 and died on February 4, 1971. He studied Business Administration and Law. Throughout his life he was a school teacher and published several books, including these standouts:

Drops of Summer,
The Son of Remorse, and
My Solitary Garden.

His most important work, History of the Town of Patillas, culminated after research that took several years.
