1. The Kummer Kilbourne House Marker
Inscription. Built in 1916 by Gotthilf Oscar Kummer and his wife Amanda, who operated the Kummer Lumber Company at A.C.L.R.R. and Canton Avenue.
The company sold building materials, including Florida pine, cypress & concrete, and cast the distinctive block used in this Craftsman style house.

In 1954, the house became the home of David and Christine Kummer Kilbourne with their children, who lived here until 2010.

This property has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior
