1909
Neo-Classical Revival style house built for Henry F. Otten (1863-1943), native of New York City, bookkeeper, and wife, Margaret Peschau (1874-1938), native of Evansville, Indiana. House converted to duplex in 1936; inherited by daughter, Margaret Otten (1898-1981); and husband, Samuel Behrends (1899-1965), a clerk for Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. House remained in family until 1962.

Two-story side passage plan duplex with hip roof and pedimented gable. Full width porch has large, paneled square columns. Single, paired, and tripartite windows with two over one and one over one sash. Lunette attic vents.
