Glad to see this marker is finally up. I have waited 5 years to see it. I've made multiple trips to Covington looking for its appearance. Scott Trostel designed this and several other markers, before he became ill. I believe the marker remained unfinished in Scott's garage. It is an honor to Scott that it is now up.
