Regarding T. Shea Cook Family Home. Excerpt from the National Register nomination for the Richlands Historic District, of which this house is a contributing property:
This two-story, Colonial Revival house has a painted brick exterior, a hip roof, and corbelled end chimney. A flat-roof portico with unusual fluted square columns marks the entry. The replacement windows have original concrete lintels. The eaves carry small modillons. There is a gabled bay on the north side of the house.
