1. Hillery Street Bridge over the Passaic River Marker
Inscription.
The bridge originally constructed at this site was built in 1898. It was a four span bridge consisting of Pratt Pony Trusses. The bridge was historically significant because it was the only type of its kind remaining in Passaic County. Features unique to this particular bridge are the riveted pinned connections and the knee braces.

The present bridge was built in the year 2008 and uses the sidewalk railing, masonry cap stones and portions of the trusses from the original bridge. The original sidewalk brackets supporting the sidewalk have been replicated.
