3. Warner Fountain
The fountain behind the flagpole was dedicated to Dr. John T. Warner, a member of the first board of park commissioners in Forest Park.

4. Forest Park time capsule
This time capsule is located in the grass several yards south of the flagpole. It was dedicated on Veterans Day 1984 and will be opened in 2084.
