"This American Elm is a seedling from the survivor tree that survived the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building. It is a symbol of hope and resilience at the Oklahoma City National Memorial. This is in honor of Jim Spiess. Wauseon Tree Commission member. 2002-2020."
