Excerpt (in translation): Born May 22, 1904 in Auxerre (Yonne), residing at 20 rue de la Comète in Paris, Alexandre Druhot worked as a fitter-mechanic. Called up in 1924 to the 15th Regiment of Algerian Tirailleurs, he stayed in Morocco from May 15, 1924 to March 15, 1929. Recalled by mobilization on September 2, 1939 to the 8th Regiment of Moroccan Tirailleurs, he took part in the campaigns in France and Belgium. On April 16, 1940, he was promoted to the rank of warrant

In August 1944, he joined the 1st FFI company in the 7th arrondissement (Groupe Le Templier) with the rank of FFI warrant officer. Alexandre Druhot was killed on August 25, 1944 during an engagement with the Germans at the barricade located at the corner of rue Chevert and rue de Tourville.
