1. Blacksmith Shop Marker

Inscription.
Each CCC Camp had a blacksmith shop where they forged and repaired tools. Items such as fireplace tools, hinges or lantern poles were crafted for use in the camp. In 1940 the CCC printed an educational handbook called Blacksmithing. Unit No. 1 Hand Forging used in enrollee training courses.
