Inscription.
This capstone was taken from the west entrance of the building razed in 1977. It is set in the original brick used from the building.

Through these portals passed many generations, the last 42 years under the guidance of Supt. H. W. Smith.

May the Sun never set on the Granby School as we will always cherish the memory in our hearts.
