1. Fort Jennings 12 Unknown Soldiers Marker
Inscription.
This plaque is dedicated to the spirit, courage and bravery of those who served and successfully defended the United States of America in the War of 1812 and especially to 12 unknown soldiers.

At the completion of Fort Jennings in 1812, until its demise sometime in 1814, 12 unknown soldiers died at Fort Jennings. Although the exact location of their bodies is not known, we dedicate this plaque to the memory of those soldiers and their ultimate sacrifice.

Fort Jennings will never forget!
