Regarding Frank C. Hill House. This 1,860 square foot one-story split-level single-family home was built by attorney and businessman Frank C. Hill. Architect Walker later partnered with Percy A. Eisen to design landmarks such as the Fine Arts Building and the Oviatt Building. This L-shaped bungalow has a low pitched gable roof with flared tips often seen in Japanese architecture.
