Regarding Pierson Residence. Davis & Davis brothers designed this 4-bedroom 3,224 square foot home in 1925. It has original entry tiles and ceilings, vaulted living room with original over-size windows, formal dining room with balcony & coffered ceilings, butlers pantry, high ceilinged kitchen with skylight, original oak flooring, antique lighting, tiled roof, and upstairs master bedroom with balcony. In 1996 it was declared Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 630.
