The Reagan family lived here from October 1, 1906 to May 5, 1911. The first floor housed a tavern from 1896 to 1915, and a bakery from 1915 to 1919. It served as the home of the First National Bank (1919-1931). Former owner and bank president R. F. Woods served as Mayor of Tampico (1913-1917).
