Inscription. Designed and built by Troy Land to raise money for various Ferndale charities, the “Little House” was raffled off December 23rd 1995 to a lady from Watsonville, CA.

In order to preserve a “Main Street Treasure” that had captured the hearts of both visitors and Ferndalers alike, a local resident purchased the playhouse from the raffle winner who then invested this windfall in a college education fund for her 1 year old grandaughter. Everyone benefitted!

If you would like additional information about the playhouse, please contact Troy at Valley Lumber.
