Renaissancegebäude mit massivem Erdgeschoss und Fachwerkobergeschoss. Bauzeitliche Farbfassung wiederhergestellt nach Originalbefunden. Anbau im Hinterhof 1620 vom würzburgischen Vogt Ferdinand Karrer.
Hier wohnten im repräsentativen Ambiente zunächst mehrere Vögte, bischöfliche Beamte und Centgrafen, später dann vermögende Gastwirte, Bader und Stadtbürger. Aufwändig saniert in den Jahren 2010 - 2016 nach vierzigjährigem Leerstand.
Renaissance building with a massive ground floor and half-timbered upper floor. Paintwork from the time of construction restored according to the original findings. Extension in the rear courtyard yard in 1620 by the Würzburg bailiff Ferdinand Karrer.
Several bailiffs, episcopal officials and centraves lived here in a fitting manner, later wealthy innkeepers, barbers and citizens. Extensively renovated in the years 2010 - 2016 after being vacant for forty years.
