Erbaut 1745 als "Schwarzenberger Lagerhaus", Mitte 19. Jh. vergrößert. Auf der Ostseite Eisbrecher aus dem 18. Jh. Im April 1945 durch Kriegseinwirkung zerstört. Wiederaufbau 1951, Renovierung und Umwidmung zur "Stadthalle" 2003.

Built in 1745 as "Schwarzenberger Warehouse", and enlarged in the middle of the 19th century. On the east side an “icebreaker” was installed in the 18th C. (to protect from river drift ice). Destroyed by the war, April 1945. Reconstruction 1951, renovation and rededication as the "City Space" 2003.
