Regarding Earl Carroll Theatre. Designed by master architect Gordon B. Kaufmann in the Streamline Moderne style, the Earl Carroll Theatre exemplifies the optimism and grandeur of pre-war Hollywood. It later became Nickelodeon Studios. As of 2023 it was undergoing restoration.
