1. Harry S. Truman Marker
Inscription. While campaigning for the 1934 State Senate Race, Harry S. Truman gave a speech, at this spot, to the residents of the farming community of Florissant. Upon completion of his speech, he visited with shop owners on St. Francois Street.

In 1945, Truman was sworn in as the 33rd President of the United States.
