"Smokin' Joe" Frazier reigned as undisputed heavyweight champion from 1970 to 1973. In 1964 he won the Olympic gold medal in Japan. He was known for his strength, durability, and relentless pressure. His three fights with Muhammad Ali are legendary. He beat Ali in their first match, dubbed "Fight of the Century", at Madison Square Garden in 1971 - the first person to defeat Ali. His pro record was 32 wins, 4 losses & 1 draw - 27 wins by knockout.
