Technical Sergeant, U.S. Army - WWII
689th Field Artillery Battalion, 1st Infantry Division, Dachau, Germany
An M1 Rifle Sharpshooter, Fred began as a common foot soldier and infantryman but was latter promoted to Headquarters Supply Sergeant responsible for ordering and ensuring war materials got to the front lines when and where needed.

Enlisted 29 April 1945-Honarably Discharged 28 November 1948, Ft. Dix, NJ
