He served for 2 years at Camp Kinser, Okinawa followed by 2 years at MCAS Cherry Point, NC. He received many personal accolades including a Certificate of Commendation, 3 Certificates of Appreciation, 5 Letters of Appreciation, and 8 Meritorious Masts
