Co. "C", 2nd Bn., 504th Abn. Bat. Grp., 11th Airborne Div., Augsburg, Germany

After completion of Basic as a Light Weapons Infantryman at Ft. Dix, followed by Jump School where he earned his Parachutist's Badge, Andy was assigned to the 11th Airborne at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He was then deployed to Germany where he served for more than 2 years and completing 23 jumps prior to his discharge.

Enlisted 8 Jul 1955 at Albany, NY-Honorably Discharged 13 Jun 1958 at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, NY
