1. Vance Building Marker
Inscription. Two-story, wood frame commercial building, originally with offices above three shops. Built for John Vance at same time as his adjoining Vance Hotel. A livery stable for guests of the hotel was adjacent to and behind, storefronts stuccoed in 1930s. Building rehabilitated in 1998 by Kurt Kramer.
 
Erected 2018 by Kurt & Kim Kramer, Eureka Main Street, Eureka Historical Society.
