1. Union College Marker
Inscription. Union College was incorporated in October 1879. The first degrees were conferred here June 8, 1893. Centennial Hall, formerly known as Classroom Building, was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. Also named to the Register were Speed Hall in 1982 and Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Gymnasium in 1984.
 
Erected 2000 by Kentucky Historical Society - Kentucky Department of Highways. (Marker Number 2054.)
