Officially chartered as Club No. 124 on August 1, 1914
Began meeting weekly on May 6, 1914 in
Yarborough House Hotel
Formerly located here on Fayetteville Street
Hotel destroyed by fire on July 3, 1928
Club moved nearby to Sir Walter Hotel
Hudson Belk building constructed on this site in 1930s
Converted to The Hudson condominiums in 2005

 
Erected 2013 by Rotary Club of Raleigh.

3. Yarborough House
The hotel as seen after major renovation work was done in 1909. The Raleigh Rotary Club met here from 1914 to 1928, when the hotel was destroyed by fire.
