was born on May 16, 1914. He was a Marine Corps Sargeant during World War II. He was actively involved after the war in the rescue squad of the Volunteer Fire Department of Dumfries-Triangle, Virginia. He was a charter member and Vice-President of the Dumfries-Triangle Rescue Squad in February, 1959. He passed away on May 24, 2003 and he and his wife Eula Evans Perkinson are buried in Quantico National Cemetery (Section 18, Site 893).
