1. R.P. Larkins House Marker
Inscription. Built for Maj. Richard P. Larkins, Commandant at Oak Ridge Military Institute for over 25 years, and family. Colonial Revival house has a triangular pedimented entry with Doric-style columns, a porte-cochere on left side, and eclectic motifs such as decorative trim and eyebrow dormer window.
