Regarding Dr. McKitrick House. From the Ohio Historic Inventory listing (1976):
Originally a simple 1 1/2 story structure built of stone with ashlar stone facade. Gable dormers, rear addition and second doorway are more recent features. The builder, Zenas Hutchinson, occupied and ran the tavern across the street from ca. 1835-1855 and served as mayor of Dublin. Dr. McKitrick lived here at the turn of the century and built his office next door.
