Adapted from the Ohio Historic Inventory listing:

Consists of two adjacent but independent structures:

a) North building (22' long) (3bays), two story brick with brick addition on rear. Upper center window has been bricked in; doorway & lower windows replaced

b) South building (29' long) (3 bays), two story brick with cement block addition rear. Lower half has been re-modeled and faced with stone (apparently from another old building, though not laid in accordance with early Dublin technique).

A single roof spans both buildings.
