Street Historic District (Ohio Historic Inventory) listing:

Cottage, gable end faces street with lean - to along South side (25' wide by 25' deep). Another lean-to addition on rear. Resided; doors & windows remedied. Probably mid-19th Century, it is typical of the unpretentious vernacular architecture of Dublin.
