High Street Historic District (Ohio Historic Inventory) listing:

Built in 1842 by founder of Dublin, John Sells, and his son Elijah Sells. Double entrances, central bay added, window sashes altered but size appears original. Stone chimneys at both ends with fireboxes projecting out flush with siding. Siding replaced with shingles.
