Built c. 1830's, this building is typical of the small rectangular structures with Greek Revival details built in Dublin during this period. J. Evans owned the property in 1872.
Simple Greek Revival structure with gable roof, cornice returns, entablature window architraves, lean-to addition on rear and recent porch. Windows on south side altered.
