From the Dublin High Street Historic District (Ohio Historic Inventory) listing:

Unusual adaptation of early building with Greek Revival entrance to suit later 19th century tastes. The property was owned by H. Sells in 1856 and G. Evans in 1872.

Originally a single story stone structure similar to house at 63 S. High, c.1890 second story with flush and scalloped siding and porch added. Front doorway recessed with transom and sidelights.
