In 1912 the "Star was born, Provincetown's first movie theater, in time converted into "Bowlaway" Candlepin Lanes, where the tid-bit diner was a favorite of Capt. Manuel "Sea Fox" Zora, a legendary rumrunner. In 1983 Isaac Saada (aka Zukie) introduced his Rubber Chickens. Other tenants included the Hatbox, Cheap Thrills, and Bored Stiff. In 2012 Zukie sold the property to Ron Hazel, who moved Shop Therapy, an "Antiestablishment", here from #346 Commercial St., now featuring "The Bob Gasoi Memorial Art Alley"
