Inscription.
On this site stood two church buildings of the Lincoln Lutheran Congregation
1873-1914
1914-1968

The first building was removed to make way for the second. The second was destroyed by fire on June 9, 1968. The congregation merged with the Ridgeway Lutheran Congregation to form Peace Lutheran Church in the town of Ridgeway on January 1, 1969.
